Boston Software Systems, the leader in interface scripting technology to the healthcare market, released invitations to the first of its on-line seminar series called “Scripting U”. Targeted to existing customers and to prospective users, the ‘webinars’ will tackle a variety of subjects surrounding the use of scripting tools in the healthcare industry.
The first webinar is scheduled for February 18, 2004 and is titled “DataStation: Making Fast Work of Files”. It is targeted to existing customers who would like to improve their scripting skills using Boston Software Systems’ latest component, DataStation. The one-hour on-line seminar will cover basic concepts and show users how DataStation is used to speed the parsing of data from application files such as Excel®, Word® or Access®; from message formats such as HL7, EDI and XML; from print streams and delimited or fixed length files.
